I have few users (say user1, user2,user3,user4) with the employee records as empu1,empu2,empu3,empu4 and they belong to the department dep1,dep2,dep1 and dep2 respectively. While creating leads, I have a many2one field created_by in relation with res.users. I need to deisplay the records in tree view which show the leads created by one department in one colour. (Example, Leads created by users whi belong to dep1 must be displayed in green colour, Leads created by users whi belong to dep1 must be displayed in green colour)
