Cannot delete Allocation in Time Off

Question

I've created a Time Off Allocation for an employee, but created it twice.
I therefore need to delete one of the Allocations but cannot delete.
I get a message as follows:
You cannot delete an allocation request which is in Approved state.

Any help would be welcomed

Hi,
We cannot delete the allocation on approved or refused state. To delete the allocation follow the steps
1. Go to Time off -> Allocation

2. Select the allocation you want to delete.

3. Click the Refuse button to refuse that allocation -> Click Mark as draft button.

4. Now the allocation is in To submit state and now you can delete them.
