Hello Juan,
It is possible to develop a custom Odoo plugin. We are currently programming a truck scale integration for Odoo. Our goal is to automate the truck scale system for a biogas power plant.
Our mission is to enable automatic check-in and check-out through car plate number recognition using a Dahua camera, RFID card reader, and barcode or QR code scanner. The system also captures pictures from the camera and saves them directly into Odoo.
We can communicate with a Mettler Toledo INV566 truck weight scale via a Moxa converter, as well as with traffic lights connected through another Moxa converter and a programmable electric switch (Quido).

Odoo has an IoT (Internet of Things) feature / IoT Box that supports connecting hardware like scales

What do you mean by "integrate"? If you are looking for a place in Odoo to enter the weight of a Delivery or a Receipt of Rice, then you can create a custom field to store it and enter it prior to or after you validate the Transfer.
