I created a custom model name "Property". Then I create a automation where if I create a new "Property" and it should log "hello word" in my logs. I set the automation trigger to "after creation". I tried to create new "Property" but it does not trigger my automation. What could be the the reason and possible solution for this? I tested other triggers and it works.

I've created the automation action for the Users and it is working properly. Verify the create_date field in your custom model. Let me know if any other helps you want from me.
