Please help to create automated action by execute python code or some other way

If you are able to use the custom module, check this free module for the same : Sale Order Automation
If you need to achieve it from the automated action itself, you can check the code written in the above module, which can give you some insights about what codes should be added.

Yes using sale order automation will do the trick.
Also OCA https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/9.0/sale_automatic_workflow module will do the same function but with more options and control on which orders to proceed in automatic work flow.
