I'm trying to add a custom column to the right of the Accounting > Customer Invoices

The custom field would just be the Delivery "State".  

The reason why I want this is so that I can export the selected invoices that have "TAX" charges and have the "Delivery State" listed so that I can then have a list of the invoices that I charged tax and then separate them by state.  

I'd like to separate columns.  One that has just the delivery address and the second column with the "State" delivered to.

Can someone help me with getting this accomplished?
