When entering the settings and clicking on the points of sale, then activating the (display customer) option, a screen image appears on the points of sale screen, when you click on it, the customer screen appears to the seller. I want the customer screen to appear on another device, as I have (2 Android tablets) facing each other , for the seller and the customer.

I was experimenting on the same issue. On our POS we added a 3rd party customer facing screen. Then clicked green monitor icon at top right in the pos screen, and just dragged that pop-up to the second screen. Fyi, the two screens were on duplicate view for me, not extended. This worked for me
It's only supported via webbrowser, so any other OS (Linux, Windows, Mac OS) than Android or iOS as these currently don't natively support dual or multi screen setups.
So you'll need a PC with a second video output, HDMI for example, that goes to your second screen, to be able to use this function.
I'm annoyed by this as I actually do have an Android device with dual 10" screen, but currently it's like a mirror, so very annoying and I haven't been able to find a way to set it up as a separate screen.

In the Top Right corner of PoS screen you should have a Green Monitor Icon, clicking this will open a secondary window that will display products and subtotals as well as sale amounts.
Since the windows are linked, I'm not sure if this solution is available via the Odoo app on Android/iOS. I get an error when trying to open the customer display using the iOS app.
