Does the Manufacturing module of ODOO 14 provide for the allocation of specific individuals and help me to schedule lead times in accordance with the number of people involved in a task

Question

I need to plan production by allocating specific tasks to specific workstations and specific people within workstations. Using standard durations for specific tasks, I would like to see how much more capacity I have per individual and per workstation. At what stage should I expect to make use of additional labour i.e. over-time etc.? This information can help me to communicate more accurate lead times to my clients and monitor the productivity levels per individual and for the factory overall.

Manufacturing module have features like Work Center to be treated as your workstations and personnel because it can be allocated in BoM and it has capacity, and Operations to fulfill the requirement of the tasks.
but in the default feature, a work center related to one another only as alternative route, there is no parent-child relation just like a Workstation and its Personnel should be. hence, you have to choose whether using workstation or personnel as the work center.
