Working with the biggest group in Albania has been a real challenge for Zero but at the same time one of the most exciting projects, that will be in our memories for long. We were honored to participate in a project with the biggest Real Estate Company in Albania &Region and we accepted the challenges to serve all their need regarding a full 360-degree solution for Real Estate Management.
They are a dynamic team and very well organized. All the requests were prepared clearly and on point based on a long study they used to do on their operations. After a lot of effort and hard work they are finally live on Odoo, handling their daily operations and aiming for any opportunity along their way.
We would like to share more about our experience and project in general but every other detail regarding project is base in a strict non-disclosure agreement.

Diese basiert auf Odoo und integriert Patientendatenverwaltung, elektronische Einreichung via mediData-Netz sowie das Tarifwesen – ergänzt durch die Odoo-Standards wie Buchhaltung, HR und CRM. Balko Tech is the result of advanced expertise in drone-based Lidar data capture and geomatics processing. The company's goal is to democratize the collection of geospatial data by offering modular Lidar solutions for drones. Building on the success of the first version of the sensor, e-ONE, launched in February 2022, Balko Tech's R&D team meticulously refined this Lidar system, specifically targeting surveying companies and those involved in drone-based Lidar data capture services. The Connectiv represents a significant leap in technology, providing seamless interchangeability between sensors, inertial platforms, and cameras, thereby meeting a wide range of project requirements. This modular design facilitates project adaptation by allowing users to exchange interchangeable modules, eliminating the need to invest in entirely new systems. Furthermore, the newly redesigned housing, equipped with a user-friendly locking lever system, simplifies and speeds up the process of switching between modules, enhancing operational efficiency. In addition to hardware improvements, the Connectiv introduces advanced processing software and an Android application, e-Connect. This app enables users to monitor essential flight and data collection information from a ground tablet while the Connectiv performs aerial data capture.
