Structuur en inzicht voor Amstelland Electronic met Odoo ERPAmstelland Electronic is een ontwikkelaar en producent van elektronische componenten voor de B2B-markt. Vanuit hun locatie in Uithoorn leveren ze klantgerichte oplossingen waarbij kwaliteit, snelheid en flexibiliteit centraal staan.
Het bedrijf werkte jarenlang met een zelfgebouwd systeem, maar liep daarbij tegen de grenzen aan. Er was weinig structuur en onvoldoende grip op voorraad, inkoopbehoeften en productieprocessen. De behoefte aan een geïntegreerd ERP-systeem werd steeds urgenter, zeker met het oog op verdere groei.
Samen met Radical Fanatics (www.fanatics.nl) maakte Amstelland Electronic de overstap naar Odoo. De belangrijkste drijfveren waren overzicht, schaalbaarheid en flexibiliteit in het beheer van artikelen, leveranciers en fabricaten. Daarbij was het essentieel dat het systeem verschillende fabrikaten en leveranciers aan één artikel kon koppelen, en dat kostprijsberekeningen eenvoudig en inzichtelijk werden.
De implementatie startte met een fit-gap analyse, gevolgd door de inrichting van modules voor Verkoop, Inkoop, Voorraadbeheer, Productie en Projectmanagement. Specifieke aandacht ging uit naar locatiebeheer, FIFO-logistiek, picklijsten, en de mogelijkheid tot scannen met barcodes of QR.
Boekhouding blijft voorlopig buiten scope, maar dankzij de modulaire opzet van Odoo blijft het systeem flexibel voor toekomstige uitbreidingen. Amstelland Electronic koos bewust voor Radical Fanatics vanwege de inhoudelijke kennis, heldere communicatie en de pragmatische aanpak.
Met Odoo beschikt het bedrijf nu over één centrale oplossing die hen helpt om efficiënter te werken, beter te plannen en professioneel door te groeien. Producție / Întreținere

Om de groei van Ice Ice Amy te ondersteunen en de beleving in de winkel te versterken, werd Odoo ingezet als centraal platform.
We implementeerden een gebruiksvriendelijk POS-systeem, gekoppeld aan een loyaliteitsprogramma dat verjaardagen detecteert en automatisch een gratis ijsje toekent aan leden van de klantenclub.
