Royal Eijkelkamp B.V.
Royal Eijkelkamp, een vooraanstaand bedrijf op het gebied van bodemonderzoek en milieuoplossingen, stond voor een uitdaging. Het snelgroeiende en internationaal opererende bedrijf had behoefte aan een geavanceerd ERP-systeem om de complexiteit van haar operaties bij te benen. Het bestaande MKG ERP-pakket voldeed niet langer aan de eisen van een groeiende organisatie als Royal Eijkelkamp.Om de juiste ERP-oplossing te vinden, werden twee demonstraties georganiseerd door zusterorganisaties binnen de Claresco groep: erp|open en Korade. erp|open presenteerde het veelbelovende Odoo ERP-systeem, terwijl Korade Infor|LN demonstreerde. Na zorgvuldige overweging en evaluatie viel uiteindelijk de keuze op Odoo, met erp|open als gekozen implementatiepartner.
Verscheidene factoren speelden een cruciale rol in deze beslissing. Allereerst was er het kostenaspect, waarbij Odoo zich als een kosteneffectieve oplossing profileerde. Maar dat was niet het enige. De flexibiliteit en functionaliteit van Odoo, gecombineerd met zijn moderne uitstraling, wogen eveneens zwaar mee in de keuze. Royal Eijkelkamp zag in Odoo de mogelijkheid om aan hun groeiende en complexe behoeften te voldoen.
De diepgaande kennis van Odoo en de gestructureerde aanpak van erp|open waren doorslaggevend in het selectieproces. erp|open, gevestigd in Bunnik, heeft bewezen expertise in het implementeren van Odoo-systemen en beschikte over de nodige ervaring om Royal Eijkelkamp bij te staan in hun ERP-transformatie. Bovendien speelde het feit dat erp|open eigen ontwikkelaars in dienst heeft een essentiële rol in de beslissing. Deze interne expertise maakte naadloze integratie mogelijk, inclusief koppelingen met het PDM-systeem van Eijkelkamp en diverse EDI-koppelingen.
Kortom, de samenwerking tussen Royal Eijkelkamp en erp|open, binnen de Claresco groep, heeft geleid tot de succesvolle implementatie van Odoo als het nieuwe ERP-systeem. Dit partnerschap heeft niet alleen geholpen om de operationele efficiëntie van Royal Eijkelkamp te verbeteren, maar heeft ook de weg vrijgemaakt voor verdere groei en internationale expansie.
