As the business grew, Polycycle faced increasing challenges due to manual processes and fragmented
inventory and sales management, which created inefficiencies and delays. Partnering with Circosoft, the
company implemented a fully integrated Odoo ERP solution that centralizes operations, streamlines
workflows, and automates essential tasks. This digital transformation improved inventory accuracy,
optimized distribution processes, and enhanced overall operational efficiency, enabling Polycycle
S.A.R.L. to serve its customers reliably, scale confidently, and meet the growing demands of the FMCG
