L’agence d’attractivité ToulouseL'Agence d'Attractivité regroupe dans une seule et même entité et sous une même gouvernance les 3 agences chargées de valoriser Toulouse auprès des publics extérieurs, en particulier à l’international : l’Office de Tourisme (tourisme de loisirs), Toulouse Convention Bureau (tourisme d’affaires) et Invest in Toulouse (développement économique).
Le projet
Le projet concerne la gestion de la relation clients du groupe des chalets. Les types de clients sont la gestion des prospects jusqu’à signature et levée d’option pour la vente de biens immobiliers (logements, parkings, commerces..)

Sohar Operational Services (SOS)
The reverse-osmosis desalination plant is the second-largest in the country and has the capacity to produce 250,000 m3 of water per day, supplying around 220,000 people. The public company Oman Power and Water Procurement Company awarded the bid for the Sohar 4 IWP desalination plant to the consortium led by Sacyr Agua, and in which Oman Brunei Investment Company and Sogex Oman are also participating, through the Water Purchase Agreement - WPA. Stadt Augsburg
Stadt AugsburgDie Stadt Augsburg ist mit rund 300.000 Einwohnern die drittgrößte Stadt im Bundesland Bayern. Der Ballungsraum Augsburg steht bezüglich Bevölkerung und Wirtschaftskraft in Bayern ebenfalls an dritter Stelle und ist Teil der übergeordneten Planungsregion Augsburg, in der etwa 885.000 Menschen leben.
Für die ca. 300 einkaufsberechtigten Abteilungen/Personen der Stadt wurde ein hoch performantes, agiles und in der Usability freundliches ERP-System gesucht und in odoo zzgl. des odoo Partners openfellas gefunden. Die Module Purchase, Sales, E-Commerce und Website sind bei der Stadt im Einsatz. Ein konzipiertes Closed Shop System mit rund 3.000 Lieferanten, Kostenstellenverwaltung, Projektnummernzuordnung, Freitextbestellung, Elektronischer Austausch xml, BME-CAT und diverse Katalogimporte mit 20.000 Produkten/Bildern verschaffen den Mitarbeitern u.a. einen hohen Bedienkomfort.

Die IT Services Zug AG ist ein Anbieter von ICT-Dienstleistungen mit Sitz in Zug. Das Unternehmen entstand aus der Informatikabteilung der Stadt Zug und ist seit dem 01.01.2026 operativ. Es übernimmt die IT-Infrastruktur der Stadt Zug sowie der Gemeinden Baar, Cham, Steinhausen, Walchwil und Neuheim. Mit der Zusammenführung von Fachwissen und Ressourcen verfolgt die IT Services Zug AG das Ziel, die digitale Transformation effizient zu gestalten, Synergien zu nutzen und die Leistungsfähigkeit der regionalen IT-Infrastruktur zu erhöhen. Kernkompetenzen des Unternehmens liegen in der Bereitstellung und Betreuung von ICT-Systemen, in der Unterstützung der digitalen Prozesse der öffentlichen Verwaltung sowie in der Koordination von IT-Projekten für mehrere Gemeinden.Die Einführung von Odoo erfolgte zur Unterstützung zentraler Geschäfts- und Verwaltungsprozesse. Ziel war die Abbildung der Finanz- und Betriebsbuchhaltung, Zeiterfassung, Leistungserfassung, des CRM, Helpdesk- und ITSM-Prozesses sowie des Projektmanagements, Verkaufs- und Einkaufsprozesse und der Verwaltung von Subscriptions. Das System wurde auf der odoo.sh-Plattform implementiert, inklusive Testumgebung für Qualitätssicherung und kontinuierliche Integration (CI/CD). Die Lösung ermöglicht eine zentrale Verwaltung von Informationen, eine standardisierte Abwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen und unterstützt die Zusammenarbeit zwischen internen Teams und den angeschlossenen Gemeinden. QANDIL was founded in Stockholm, in 1991 as a Swedish not-for-profit, non-governmental humanitarian aid organization. The aims of the organization are to provide humanitarian assistance, promote peace through developmental and rehabilitation projects, support economic and social development, improve human rights, assist in the improvement of local governance structures and improve the lives of vulnerable people, including local communities, internally displaced people (IDPs), refugees, and returnees of all ages and groups. Through this holistic programme, QANDIL aims to provide long-term and sustainable solutions to the challenges faced by communities, but also to enhance the capacity of all stakeholders, promoting local resilience as the key strategy for reducing the reliance on the international community.
