PurFi is a technology company making virgin quality products from waste. Their key business is waste material rejuvination. Currently, PurFi owns 14 patents / patents pending related to rejuvenating industrial waste. This technology has been commercialized for Ford, Mazda, Staples, Walmart, M&S, Sainsbury, Rockline Industries, U-Haul, and Nike. With a recent influx of capital growth and corporate partnerships, PurFi is commercializing textile rejuvenation across the world.

For most of their business processes, they were using stand-alone systems for operations and excel sheets for manufacturing machine automation. For some other processes they were also using Seimens PLC with Seimen's UI operations.

For starters, we integrated the Siemens PLC with Odoo. We set systems where we could transform the raw data into usable inventory and planning. We also integrated a bar code system with Bale Management with container planning to reduce shipment cost and increase the manufacturing efficiency powered by detailed manufacturing planning.

We set-up systems for automation of machines using Scada intermediary system-which is responsible for communicating to machines using Seimens PLCs. We even intergrated all their machines using Internet of Things. The client's annual sales planning was based on customer purchase promise demand, we implemented sales forecasting modules to convert the yearly planning to quarterly fixed sales orders to maintain demand and supply and support the lead time for manufaturing. Purfi's multi company involvement is handled in Odoo with consolidation report between Belgium and US, which is something we were able to simplify for them by implementing the accounting module.
