Dear Mohamed Bayor,

Here is my answer to your question :)

1. Verify the Unit of Measure (UoM) Category:

• Ensure that the unit of measure “Kg” is correctly assigned to the Weight unit of measure category.

2. Check the Product’s Unit of Measure:

• Go to the product form and navigate to the General Information tab.

• Verify the unit of measure selected here, as it directly impacts the purchase unit of measure.

• The unit of measure must belong to the same category as the one set in the product’s general information tab.

3. Adjust the Purchase Unit of Measure:

• Once the correct unit of measure is defined in the General Information tab, you can select the desired purchase unit of measure in the Purchase tab.

Important Note:

If this product has already been used in any workflow (e.g., Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Inventory transactions, etc.), it will no longer be possible to change its unit of measure. In such cases, you will need to archive the product and create a new one with the correct unit of measure from the beginning.

I hope this helps resolve your issue!

Cheers from Switzerland!
