Are you looking for how to get the technical name of each field visible in the form views? If so just activate the developer mode and mouse hover on the corresponding field. Then you will get the technical name in a small pop up. This is the easy way.

There are many other ways like looking into corresponding view, after enabling developer mode click the debugger button in the menu bar and click the edit form view and Iook the views.
