Hi, I'm using Odoo Online v15. Here in Brazil, vacation days are counted as running days, not working days. This means, for instance, that a period from monday one week to friday the next would be 12 days, not 10. Is there any way Odoo can be configured to reflect this? Otherwise, my allocations wouldn't reflect the actual quantity of days the employees can take leave.

You have to add sunday, you can add it as just 1 min on that day so it will count as part of their working time (its considered paid time leave)
Settings > Technical > Resources > Working Time.
