A former odoo client peformed a database download before the account was canceled.
He is considering opening a new account and is wondering if he can upload the previous database so he can save implementation time.

Yes he can upload his previous backup of database.
Hello,
If you've DB backup in that case yes we can upload it and save the implementation time.
But in that case there are many more things depends :
- Odoo Versions are are same
- You've DB backup with filestore
