I recently purchased a standard plan for my website, it has deducted the amount to my account but it did not appear in my system database that my plan has been activated, i tried to call and send an email several times but no one has assisted me to resolve the issue.


Time is running while i paid for monthly plan and i still not used it.

Hi,
If you login to your odoo.com account and if you access this URL:  https://www.odoo.com/my/subscription you can see your subscription and copy the code from here and register in your database.
