Hello dear community, 

I hope I'm at the right address here. I would like to say one thing first, I am a complete Odoo newbie. 
Two days ago I installed Odoo 16 in the Community Edition on a Windows Server 2022 system. 
Everything went well so far. 

At some point I reached the point where I wanted to adapt my forms (e.g. invoice). I also embedded additional text in the form using developer mode and, for example, added the company slogan using Customize Form. Everything I did is shown correctly in the preview in the program, but when printing, whether on paper or in PDF, all of this information is missing. I thought it might be due to the Google fonts (can I actually set MS fonts or something similar?) and added these fonts to the system, but to no avail. I'm slowly becoming at a loss. What else can I do to ensure that my forms display all content when printed or exported? 

Does anyone else have this problem?
