I urgently need to find a way to generate a validation that sends an alert, when trying to invoice a specific group of products, this from the salesmodule

You could enable 'Sale Warnings' from Setting ->Sales -> Quotations & Orders
Post activation provide the warning message for the products you wish on the Sales tab of the product.
This would give a warning message to user while adding product to sale order, but would not send out an alert
