Hey there,
in my odoo 13 ce as logged in user the website menu is showing but logged out the menu dispears on a secondary language.
Anyone is able to help?

Hey, yes how is your setup ?
I was running it on Plesk in the first place and the ssl from the site was not showing the menu properly.
check your vhost settings!
