I hava two Odoo instances: one on-premise where I mainly use the CRM and Contacts modules, and another instance on Odoo Online, where I use some other modules.

Is there a simple way of migrating my CRM and Contacts data from on-premise to Odoo Online ? 

Exporting and importing data manually is tricky and it seems that not all the data gets transferred over.
