As well as to manage users in the multi company where in the user settings you have a section to configure which company the specific user is allowed to access...
Would there be something similar but for multi-site? where I can indicate from some setting which website the user is allowed to access?

Hi,
if you open the users form view, under the section "Multi Companies" you can see the field Allowed Companies where you can set the allowed companies for the user.
