Hello!

I reinstall v8 and want to try importing the "old" data from my previous installation. But in the database are also some system settings stored (IP address, ...). Guess this bring trouble if I restore at a different server with different IP?

Is there a list, which tables I should NOT restore?

Thank you!

Are you restoring from a other v8 same revision?

yes and no ... if is necessary I install the same. But would also be great if I can take the data´s to another. I doesn´t found, how I should update the v8 to a newer. Maybe it is not possible (changes at the database structure?)

You can always try running the server with the -u all command after moving the database. I would do a complete restore of the database.
