The use case is: an order is sold at the retail shop, which then print the receipt at the wharehouse; thus allowing to add the receipt paper with the shipping.

I think you are talking about proxy printer ?
The printer is located into a remote warehouse, linked to the same Odoo instance as the retail shop.
