Hi, I've created email template, saved it , but I can't see it from combobox "use template", when create email massage. I see only "Create and Edit ... " option

What should I choose in combox field "Applies to" when I create templete to make email template visible.

Or maybe the problem is somwhere else ?

Hello,

When editing your template, set 'Applies to' to 'Lead/Opportunity'.
