i want to install this library
sudo apt install python3-pyodbc
my requirements.txt file
this txt file is not working in odoo.sh build failed ... unable to install error

The location where Odoo looks for the requirements.txt file is documented at https://www.odoo.com/documentation/user/14.0/odoo_sh/getting_started/first_module.html#use-an-external-python-library
The file needs to be in the root folder of your repository.
/home/odoo/src/user/requirements.txt
It worked perfectly for Odoo Sh, Thank you Ray
Hello Usman,
include below details to __manifest__.py and after committing it goto Apps with debug mode on -> update applist file and update the module.
'external_dependencies': {
'python' : ['unixodbc','unixodbc-dev','pyodbc'],
},

its working perfectly fine in local and any vps server but not in odoo.sh
