If you are using odoo enterprise, by default there is few options available in odoo like ups, fedex etc. If you need to add a new shipping provider to odoo, either you have to create a module supporting this feature or check for third party app's in the store which provides the same functionality.

In order to integrate, collect the API documentation from the shipping provider and you can see how the existing implementations are done in default available shipping modules.
