With using a binary field, a select button enables to take a file.
Is there similar way to select folder? Or it's mandatory to add new functionnality with js devt?

Is there similar way to select folder?
No similar way to select folder, afaik. And there is no html spec to select folder. So, I think you should make new functionality with some browser compatibility compromise.
