I am trying hard to create opportuity with a next activity details as summary, next activity type ( call, email, etc.) and next activity date..

But whenever I give the Activity details.. I get import succesful but just the opportunity is created.. with no activity.

want a minimum activity to be created and assigned to my salesperson.Please help.. i am not getting this done...

I have attached the CSV file I am using.

Appreciate support to get me out of this..
