1- i create a new button in header of tree view.

- how i can call my wizard from my new button (tree view)

You can call wizard action on button. Below is the example-
<button name="%(wizard_action)d" string="button name" type="action"/>
i give an action but Does not work
but whene i click the button Nothing happen :
