Dear community,

I have a setup with Nginx reverse proxy configured according to Odoo-documentation recommandations: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/10.0/setup/deploy.html#https

Until the last update of the app, everything played just well, but now I'm not able to connect with the Android app. I only get the error "Server not reachable!". If I connect locally directly to Odoo (localip:8069), the app works. The Timesheet app also works trough Nginx.

Anyone have an idea what's could be wrong or where I should start to troubleshoot? I tried disable the SSL in Nginx without any luck.

BR

Yes, that's true, but I'm running enterprise. It works when connecting directly to the Odoo instance, but not when reverse proxied trough Nginx.

ok, did you check the nginx proxy logs? that might help

I haven't looked into this 100% myself yet, but I guess this can be a clue (via support):

"Does this mean that the Odoo app requires the database list to be available?"
Yes, we need to know the list of databases related to this server.
This list will then be displayed to select the database.

Should maybe be covered by the documentation howto setup..
