To view the information "Also available in version " in my module on apps.odoo.com, what should I write in the file __manifest__.py

Hi,
There is nothing to do for this in the manifest file. You have to publish all the available version of modules in the corresponding version keeping the same technical name.
Once you done so, apps store will show this information.
