add subscription description to automated email

Question

Hello,

I have an automated email which sends a reminder to the customer that the subscription will end soon.
Now it's only providing the text like SUB0001, which doesn't mean anything to them.
Can i add the description of a subscription to inform them about which subscription i am talking?
