anybody know how to use or add fontawesome menu icon in odoo menu?
not in website but in the backend menu

Go to Setting > Technical > User Interface > Menu Item and in Web Icon File you can directly use font awesome icon.
like fa fa-cutlery,#EB5A46,#DAB852
Make sure you have active debug mode.
