I had the bad surprise to discover that all my customers received a "Payment reminder" email from Odoo.

I found an option under "Accounting / Configuration / Settings / Invoicing / Follow up email" that I've now disabled.

How can I make sure this prevents this email to be sent? I don't even know where this email is defined.

How can I make sure no other email is being sent? I want to make sure that Odoo doesn't send any emails to anyone.

How can I list all the email that have been sent to all users?

Thanks,

Hi,

1) Activate debug or developer mode

2) Go to Setting ---> Technical --> Schedule Action and find action name = "Mail: Email Queue Manager" and disable or deactivate that action

Does this just block selected emails or all emails? I just found the same thing - unvetted collection emails going to customers after they pay, because there are a couple of days between receiving a cheque and creating the payment in Odoo. But I do want SOME kinds of emails, like my marketing automation!
