If I get an automatic E-Mail answer from odoo the sender is admin@example.com. Where i can change this Mail Adress?

Dear Lucas, to change admin@example
1- Login to openerp
2- Go to Administrator user (who is a top of openerp)
3) Go to preferences
4) Change email address
But before all four steps, i recommend you to do email configuration (smtp, pop) to receive and send email.
