Hello, in the companies form, in my contact list, I can't see the "partner assignment" section. Should I activate something I'm missing out?

Yes, you would need to install reseller modules
Enterprise Resellers (crm_enterprise_partner_assign) and
Resellers Commissions (partner_commission)
