According to the video, how do I get the demo date or instructions for filling out everything?
Some steps are skipped, and you only saw the video but did not have its works in applications.

Go to Settings --> Activate the developer mode --> Load Demo Data -- (Yes I understand the Risks)
Please Note: Opt for it only if you are using for Demo, and not meddling around with any live database you've already done. Just to be on the safe side, play with demo database with a dedicated demo account signup/ login
