The ticket price is a deposit to secure your place and will be fully refunded (VAT included) the day after the event. To make sure you receive the refund, pay by card (not Paypal), and fill in all your details (First name, Last name, Bank details.
In case of cancellation after November 14, the deposit will not be refunded
The organizer reserves the right to refuse or accept any participation request
Each participant agrees to be photographed and filmed during the hackathon and acknowledges that the photographs and videos may be used for the creation of communication supports.
A deposit is required to secure your registration. This deposit will be reimbursed within 30 days after you have actually attended. If cancellation occurs before November 14, a full refund of the deposit will be provided. However, for cancellations after November 14, the deposit will be retained by the organizer
Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of any materials or equipment provided during the event. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in financial liability for the participant
All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for everyone involved. Any violation may result in immediate disqualification
Participants retain intellectual property rights to their work. However, by participating, they grant the organizer a non-exclusive license to showcase and promote their project
Participants are responsible for the security and care of their laptops and necessary equipment brought to the hackathon. The organizer bears no responsibility for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the event
