Haveno tarjoaa asiakkailleen aina henkilökohtaista ja asiantuntevaa palvelua, jotta heidän projektinsa onnistuvat parhaalla mahdollisella tavalla.Havenolla oli tarve ottaa käyttöön moderni toiminnanohjausjärjestelmä, sillä aiemmin käytössä ei ollut yrityksen kasvua ja arkea tukevaa ERP-kokonaisuutta. Projektin tavoitteena oli rakentaa selkeä, yhtenäinen perusta toiminnan hallintaan sekä varmistaa, että järjestelmä tukee sujuvaa arkea myös laajentumisen näkökulmasta.
Ratkaisuksi valikoitui Odoo 19 ja sen käyttöönotto toteutettiin vaiheittain. Kokonaisuus viimeisteltiin Apix-integraatiolla, jolla laskutus saatiin toimimaan luotettavasti ja automaatiota hyödyntäen. Käyttöönotto eteni sujuvasti, ja lopputuloksena asiakkaalle toimitettiin ERP-ratkaisu, joka palvelee tehokkaasti viherrakentamisen vaativassa arjessa.

Ozer Concept est un dépôt-vente de vêtements haut de gamme basé à Bruxelles, avec trois boutiques situées à Ixelles.
Le principal défi était de standardiser les processus de vente et d’automatiser le calcul des prix afin de gagner en efficacité tout en maintenant un service de qualité.
Nous avons mis en place un calculateur de pricing basé sur les ventes passées, permettant d’estimer automatiquement la valeur des vêtements déposés. Cette standardisation a permis à des profils moins qualifiés de gérer la tarification, avec un gain estimé à une dizaine d’heures par semaine par magasin.
Nous avons également développé une application mobile en Flutter à destination des déposantes, leur permettant de consulter en temps réel l’état de leurs dépôts, leur crédit Ozer et les montants à recevoir.
