For more than 20 years, we have been helping our client in the printing industry to create value by automating order processing and helping to facilitate the configuration, scaling, and customization of the process for our customer according to his needs and budget.

How Odoo Helps our client ?

As the client already had an ERP developed in-house and wanted to complete functionalities and connect it to Odoo modules, we started to centralize in Odoo different SaaS solutions used over different departments and replaced it with  cost efficient and centralized tool. A successful implementation for the modules: Support (customer service), Accounting, CRM and Sales was set up in a short time.

The client starts by using the standards module Then we made an upgrade to the customization mode by connecting the client admin with Odoo.

The main challenge was the data migration. We also proposed a VoIP solution, integrated in Odoo and the CRM.

The change management process was smooth and the training was a great success, users quickly adopted the new system.

We have succeeded through Odoo to meet the customer's different needs for saving time costs and approved visibility.
