Odoo on-premise:

Odoo On-Premises is a self-hosted deployment option that allows organizations to host the software on their own servers. This option offers the greatest control and customization possibilities but also demands the highest level of technical expertise for management. Businesses are responsible for their own maintenance, backups, and upgrades. It is best suited for larger organizations with an in-house IT team or robust support capabilities.
