using Odoo V12, install from Github

First is it best to download it from here...

Next I see its a few modules with a bigger folder with some form of "setup" folder  structure with a ".setuptools-odoo-make-default-ignore" with readme sending me to https://pypi.python.org/pypi/setuptools-odoo

Any guidance is greatly appreciated
