We just noticed this: when I navigate to an item, the quantity on hand is way off.  When I click on that smart button and it takes me to "Update Quantity", there are two entries, one for the stuff that I actually have in my stock WH and another entry for all the stuff that I've ever produced (and shipped) in the production WH.

Is this a bug?  I don't remember it being there until just recently.  We're on V16.0

From Odoo support: 

Your database is misconfigured.

In your database, the location « partner locations/customers » is incorrectly set as an internal location, so when the transfer to the client has been done, Odoo still count this stock as present in an internal location.

Secondly, the production location is a child of the WH/Stock location but should be a virtual location. 

Because Odoo is configured with both of these locations as internal locations, it is counting stock in both locations in the calculation of Quantity on Hand.
