I have set the outgoing mail server with our Google Workspace Smtp. but still when I test the connections I am getting an error message.

"The server refused the sender address (faisal.kabeer@codification.io) with error b'5.7.0 Authentication Required. For more information, go to\n5.7.0 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=WantAuthError c37-20020a05651223a500b0051887bac843sm1553194lfv.300 - gsmtp' "

In my google workspace I have set the smtp relay with the Odoo server IP. but still the issue is the same.
