My Odoo V9 database is set up as English(UK) including UK Accounting. The address layout on the Sales and Invoice PDFs are correct for the UK. However the layout of the address on the Customer Form is wrong.
With Odoo 8 once the UK Accounting module was installed the Customer Form layout was correct -
How do I ensure that the correct UK address layout is used on the Customer Form in Odoo 9?

As the screen shots didn't get displayed on my question:- The address layout in my Odoo 9 database has the Street and Street2 on separate lines, but the City, State and Postcode are all on the same line with the Country on the final line. It should have each element of the address on it's own separate line as it had in Odoo 8. Hope this makes it a little clearer.
