how can I restrict view in Timesheet - odoo 10 version that employee can only see his own entries?

Vistas
odoo has the security restriction on timesheet approval only, this can be configure under users settings. But any one can create timesheets for any users and also they can delete.
you can restrict these views by adding a record rule.
