Hello everyone! is there any possible way to request products from the inventory, let's say for maintenance?

what I want one scenario: 

1. create a request for the product from maintenance module

2. receive request in the Inventory/stock

3. check for availability 

4. supply with the requested product

second scenario:

the same 4 steps but need to return some products back to the inventory
